INGREDIENTS FOR THE DONUTS

1 ¼ cups milk                                                                        2 cups powdered sugar

2-1/4 teaspoons (one package) active dry yeast                     2 eggs

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled                  ¼ cup granulated sugar

2  quarts neutal oil, for frying, plus more for the bowl           1 teaspoon salt

4 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling out the dough

FOR THE GLAZE :           

2 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup milk.

1 teaspoon vanilla

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE QUICK DINNER ROLLS

  1. Flour : 2 1/2 cups
  2. Slightly warm milk (not hot) : 1/2 cup +2 tbsp
  3. 1 Egg
  4. Butter : 3 1/2 tbsp
  5. Yeast (instant/active dried yeast):1 tsp
  6. Sugar : 2 1/2 tbsp
